Supports rotational motion and angle fine-tuning of samples and probes in atmospheric, vacuum, and low-temperature environments.
The compact design allows for integration into various scanning electron microscopes (SEM), focused ion beam systems (FIB), and more (details available upon consultation). Models capable of detecting rotation angles are also available as an option. By installing our XYZ 3-axis nanopositioner/prober's Z stage, it is possible to support a 4-axis stage with XYZ + R (rotation). Easy operation using a Windows PC has been achieved.
